Description
USAID/Madagascar is committed to increasing sustainable access to safe drinking water and sanitation and is interested in implementing programs in selected areas of the country. Pending the availability of funding, USAID/Madagascar anticipates awarding up to three cooperative agreements to fund applications submitted in response to this Water Program Annual Program Statement (Water APS). Applicants are expected to provide a 25% cost share. USAID anticipates that the program described in this Water APS will be implemented between January 1, 2009 and September 30, 2013.
