Eligible recipients must be a participating partner of the Great Basin Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) Program.

Description

The goal of this project is to evaluate the ecological and physiological responses of resident and translocated desert tortoises to translocation. These studies while somewhat different in nature are specifically focused on the physiological stress imposed by changes in tortoise habitat, or by management actions, and require similar laboratory analyses.
