The program also supports the implementation of public education and outreach efforts that are based on an established framework for successful public health outreach programs. This grant program is supportive of the Division's mission to educate the public about deceased donation and to encourage individuals to document their decision to be a donor in their statewide donor registry or by some other mechanism where a registry is unavailable.
