Description

The principle purpose of this project is to work cooperatively with the Deschutes River Conservancy to find consensus on the Crooked River ecological flows. These target flows will inform current and future discussions regarding the allocation of unconstructed storage in Prineville Reservoir and operations of Bowman Dam. An appropriate flow regime will accommodate seasonal and yearly flow needs for the River values. This study is specifically called for in the Lower Crooked Wild and Scenic River Plan.
