This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: This stewardship project will involve the Western Shasta Resource Conservation District, which is a special district within the State of California, assisting the BLM with planning and implementing resource management projects within the Chappie-Shasta Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) Management Area. These projects will achieve resource management plan goals to maintain and improve healthy conditions of the Upper Clear Creek watershed and manage for recreation opportunities in the OHV Area.
