Purpose of Program: The GEAR UP Program is a discretionary grant program that provides financial support for academic and related support services that eligible low-income students, including students with disabilities, need to enable them to obtain a secondary school diploma and prepare for and succeed in postsecondary education. Priorities: This notice contains two absolute priorities. These priorities are from the notice of final priorities for this program published elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register.
