Description of Modification
Effective April 27, 2012: White Papers and other submissions are suspended indefinitely under this BAA. White Papers should not be submitted during this suspension. Reason for suspension: Lack of available funds. The suspension will be lifted if funds become available. Also, clarifications to the Use of Animals and Human Subjects in Research have been made as well as other administrative changes.
