The purpose of the NSP-TA program is to provide technical assistance to achieve the highest level of performance and results for the NSP, especially for grantees HUD has identified as higher risk and for other program participants. Information about the NSP program and its missions, goals, and activities can be found on the HUD web site. For programmatic funding, rating factors will include grantee capacity to execute projects, leveraging potential, and concentration of investment to achieve neighborhood stabilization.
