Description
EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) is soliciting applications to support a national and international pesticide safety program to assess and develop health and safety programs aimed at reducing exposure to pesticides for agricultural workers, pesticide applicators, growers, health providers, pesticide producers and retailers, as well as local, state, national and international organizations and government agencies, and other members of the agricultural community. This will be a five year cooperative agreement with an estimated value of $3,600,000. The estimated funding available for award in FY 2009 is expected to be approximately $400,000.
