Description

As part of the overall effort to reduce the burden of chronic diseases and chronic disease risk factors, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP), Office on Smoking and Health (OSH), announces the opportunity to apply for Health Reform Act funds to create additional tobacco quitters, beyond what states and jurisdictions have projected to achieve in Recovery Act funded programs.
